Education Ph.D., University of Groningen; M.A., University of East Anglia; M. Comm, Natal; B.Com.Hons (cum laude), Natal Experience Richard Brown is an Associate Professor in the School of Economics at the University of Queensland. His research includes the economics of international migration and migrant's remittances, as well as applied cost-benefit analysis and non-market valuation methodologies. He has been awarded a number of research grants by organisations including the Australian Research Council, the World Bank, ILO, WHO, USAID and the WWF. He has extensive domestic and international experience.
